Credit Karma needed a creative partner who could manage always-on campaigns running across social, display, email, in-app, video and more all while maintaining brand consistency, creative quality, and cross-channel execution for 40+ monthly briefs for a rotating suite of financial products, including loans, credit cards, and insurance.
Solution
I served as a lead advisor, helping Incubeta become a seamless extension of Credit Karma’s creative team. By establishing new creative workflows and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of writers and designers, I established a process that supported six or more weekly launches. I strategized, ideated creative concepts, and wrote content across all touchpoints. My strategy focused on translating the sometimes complex world of finances into accessible narratives that felt human and authentic. From concept to execution, I ensured every targeted email, dynamic ad, and in-product message remained strategically focused and brand-aligned.
