ZipRecruiter asked Incubeta to help them break into YouTube advertising to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversions. The goal was to stand out in a crowded market with high-quality videos that clearly showed the core platform features while remaining flexible enough for strategic testing and performance measurement.

Solution
I developed a suite of platform-optimized concepts and scripts, storyboarding narrative flows with immediate visual hooks and clear value propositions to capture the YouTube audience within the first few seconds. This approach balanced brand storytelling with performance-driven tactics, resulting in videos that were as strategic as they were engaging.
